Information we collect

• Account data. If you sign in, we receive an account identifier and, when the provider shares it, an email address. Sign-in uses Google or X through our auth service.
• Packs you create. Titles, descriptions, textures, and other pack data you save or list on the marketplace.
• Marketplace activity. Listings, purchases, reviews, and emerald wallet balances tied to your account.
• Visit counts. A site-wide counter on the home page increments once per browser session. It is not tied to your name or email.

Cookies, ads, and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your session, measure traffic, and show advertisements.

Google AdSense may display ads and use cookies to serve and measure them, including ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites. Google and its partners may collect data such as cookie identifiers, IP address, and interaction with ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or via aboutads.info/choices. Google’s advertising privacy terms are at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Google Analytics helps us understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and is not used to sell your personal information.

• Operate the studio, marketplace, library, and sign-in.
• Show your packs and purchases to you, and listed packs to other players.
• Serve and measure advertisements.
• Keep the service secure and diagnose problems.
• Respond when you email us.

Sharing

Listed pack titles, descriptions, and previews are public. We share data with Google for ads and analytics, and with our sign-in providers when you authenticate. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Affiliate links

The gift shop contains Amazon.co.uk links (Associate tag stewartferris-21) and, where the same product is listed, Amazon.com links (Associate tag upcottstudios-20). If you buy through them, Upcott Studios may earn a commission. Amazon may set cookies when you follow those links. This does not change the price you pay.

Children

Blocksmith is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can browse without an account. Signed-in users can edit or unlist packs in the studio. To request deletion of your account data, email [email protected]. Browser controls can block cookies; some features (including ads measurement) may not work as intended.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
